Don't think "mobile phones" for this one. Think about applications that your organization could use to make things automated, or even just "easier" to do. For example, if you are constantly making campaigns that have some sort of naming mechanism, why not utilize a tool that does this for you? Here is a good use case:
You create a newsletter campaign and have to label it in a very specific format (... standard practice). Even explaining this to new employees can be tricky, but the way. Let's say the campaign title is: Weekly Newsletter - Advertiser Name / ID - Date (YYYY-MM-DD)
Ugh, thats a bit more tricky than it appears. You actually have to go out and find the advertiser name and/or ID, then plop in the date? Don't get either wrong, or your systems won't play nicely. Although this is only 1 example, you need to think about redundancies and how you can leverage a programmatic approach, or a custom application to streamline your internal workflow.
